Barclays Bank
The Usability Company is the contracted preferred supplier of usability services and consulting to
Barclays Bank Plc following a competitive tendering process and subsequent award of contract in
2001. We provide services on a group wide basis that are integrated within Barclays’ rapid development
process. This process also includes design and development, which are carried out in house.
We provide our full portfolio of services to Barclays group and to date have worked on a variety of
projects. The projects have also crossed various different platforms including WAP (Wireless Application
Protocol), interactive TV and of course Internet websites. The applications have included Barclays
Stockbrokers, Barclays iBank, Mortgages and Woolwich Open Plan. |
